Authorizations and Assignment of Publication Rights

1. Purpose of the document

This section informs all contributors, artists, interviewees, or authors who submit material to Tattoo Love (digital magazine, print version or associated websites), regarding the legal conditions applicable to the publication, dissemination and maintenance of said content.

Sending any interview, text, image or audiovisual material to Tattoo Love implies the express acceptance of these conditionswhich are intended to guarantee transparency and protect both the rights of the artist and those of Cool Tattoo SL.

2. Assignment of rights of use and publication

By sending any material (interview, answers, photographs, videos, texts or audios) to Tattoo Lovethe contributing author expressly and non-exclusively authorizes a Cool Tattoo SL a:

  • Publish and disseminate the content in any of its own or associated media: digital or printed magazine, websites, social networks, newsletters, promotional campaigns, books or any other communication channel of the group.

  • Edit, adapt or format the content while always respecting its original meaning and purpose.

  • Maintain the published content indefinitely , without obligation to remove it except for justified legal reasons or judicial requirements.

This assignment is granted without time or territorial limit , and the author declares that the material submitted does not infringe the rights of third parties.

3 Guarantee

The collaborator guarantees that:

  • You are the legitimate owner of the rights to the submitted materials.

  • There are no third-party claims regarding said content.

  • If third parties appear in the photographs or videos, you have their express authorization.

Tattoo Love is exempt from all liability arising from the breach of these guarantees.

4. Non-exclusive use

The assignment of rights is non-exclusiveThis means that the contributor can continue to use their content on other media or platforms, provided that this does not imply a request for removal or limitation of the material published by Tattoo Love.

5. Waiver of claims

The signatory expressly waives the right to request financial compensation, withdrawals, modifications or limitations on publications once authorized, except in cases legally provided for due to violation of fundamental rights, defamation or other causes of special gravity duly accredited.

6 Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, personal data will be processed by Cool Tattoo SL with the purpose of managing the publication and promotion of content in Tattoo Love.
Those interested may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and other rights provided for in the regulations, by sending an email to hola@tattoolove.es.

7. Electronic signature and validity

In cases where Tattoo Love If required, it may be requested electronic signature of the rights assignment document through the platform SealSign or another approved certifying body.
This digital signature has full legal validity and confirms the express consent of the collaborator for the publication and dissemination of the material provided.

8. Acceptance

Sending materials, as well as electronic signature or digital acceptance, implies the full acceptance of the above conditions and will be considered sufficient authorization for the publication, reproduction and dissemination of the content in the media of Tattoo Love.
