1. Digital format
When you purchase our magazines in digital format, you will receive a unique code that will allow you to access the purchased magazine. This code is personal, non-transferable and can be used indefinitely by one person.
Conditions for the sale of digital magazines:
- Product delivery: Once payment is completed, you will receive the access code in the email provided during the purchase process.
- No refunds: Since this is a digital product, once the purchase has been made and the access code received, it is not possible to return or cancel the purchase.
- Access problems: In case of technical problems accessing the magazine, you can contact our support team at (hola@tattoolove.es) and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
2. Physical format
In addition to our digital format, we also offer the sale of physical magazines, which will be shipped worldwide.
Conditions for the sale of physical magazines:
- Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 15 business days of purchase confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and a tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped. All shipments are made via private courier service.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are included in the final price.
- Returns: Physical magazines can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, you have a period of 15 calendar days to contact our support team at hola@tattoolove.es and manage the return or exchange. We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
- Taxes and customs: International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply in their country. We recommend checking these charges with your local authorities before making a purchase.
3. Advertising Services
In addition to selling our magazines, we offer advertising services aimed at tattoo artists, tattoo suppliers, and related businesses, who can advertise in our editions.
Conditions for advertising services:
- Hiring advertising spaces: Interested companies can purchase advertising space in our magazines, both in digital and physical versions. Details on rates, sizes and formats of advertisements will be provided in the Store.
- Design and delivery of materialAdvertisers must provide advertising materials (images, text, logos, etc.) in the format specified when ordering the service. If you require assistance with the design of your ad, we offer design services for an additional fee.
- No refunds: Once the listing has been confirmed and payment completed, no refunds or cancellations are accepted. It is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure that the delivered material meets the required specifications.
- Publication and visibility: The advertisements will be visible in both the digital and physical versions of the magazine, and their duration will depend on the number of editions contracted. Tattoo Love does not guarantee commercial success derived from the ads, but offers visibility and reach metrics upon request.
